Who processes the data

What we receive

From the request or consultation form: name, phone and, optionally, company, email, messenger and a comment.

From the configurator: the chosen product, features, business area and size, the preliminary price.

Technical data: country (for language and currency), language and currency in cookies, visit statistics not linked to a person.

Why

To contact you about your request, prepare an offer and answer questions.

To show the site in your language and currency.

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox in the form. Without consent the request is not sent.

Where and how long

Data is stored in a protected database (Supabase), accessible only to staff handling requests.

Requests are kept while needed to work with you and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Who receives it

Services the site cannot work without: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), manager notifications (Telegram). They process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

To know what data about you is stored, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Write to us — we reply within 10 working days.

Cookies

We use cookies only for language, currency and theme, and for staff sign-in to the admin panel. No advertising cookies.
